Being able to switch off comments on a course rating #9

Hi Marina - I am testing use of your plugin in Moodle Workplace 4, where there are multiple tenants, and some of our clients prefer not to allow users to post review comments on all courses. Is there any way to allow star ratings but not comments and configure this on an individual course basis?

Hello, Currently there is one capability 'tool/courserating:rate' that controls whether a person can rate the course and leave an optional comment.

What would you prefer?

Add a new capability 'tool/courserating:leavereview' that will be checked when displaying the 'Review (optiona)' field. In case of capability you can allow/prohibit it for the Student role per course or per category
Add a new setting 'Enable reviews' next to the setting 'When can courses be rated' in the global settings (and allow to override it per course)

HI Marina, I found this thread searching for the capability to toggle the review comments on or off in the Course Ratings. We'd also be interested in a capability to choose who can view the full comments. We are a K-12 school, so need some moderation capacity.
