Set up basic folder structure for client app

Acceptance criteria

• Structure is committed to git and accessible to other developers
• Folders are divided according to functionality

Final app structure is following:

• src
  • actions: send data from UI to the store (redux component)
  • api: dropbox and ethereum related functionality
  • public: css/js/images
  • reducers: pure js objects that handle state changes (redux component)
  • utils: general utility functions like logging etc
  • views: react componenets and containers
• test
  • actions
  • etc

All tests should be organised the same way as the functionality they are testing.
