Product configurator experience #31

Port the "product configurator" experience from old project to Store Web.

The APIs are already in places in catalog. Just need to expose them through StoreFront API for Store Web to consume.

Also need to consider the Admin Web side. As said, the APIs are already ready there in Catalog - already ported.

It should largely be about copying and pasting insofar that APIs are the same.

Take into account that we should support multiple stores.
