AZ order of list #12

Arrange list on right by AZ order OR maybe by theme (e.g. Trophic group, keystone, focal, etc.)

Forage Fish
Rays

Focal

Queen Conch ...

Foundation

seagrass ...

I think the simplest way to do this is to add a column to the svg_elements.csv called... "header" or "group" or something like that. That does make the csv a bit more complicated, but maybe it is worth it?
