ability to add text to home page #46

By "home page" I mean the index.html with the list of infographics.

Probably need to add a markdown insert like I did for the scene text (marinebon/infographiq/903b01c) or else allow overriding site templates (might be a more elegant (but also difficult to implement) solution).
