r2d3 update, so htmlwidget interoperable with #52

Going with new strategy to use infographiq::info_svg(tbl, svg) for flexibly using in multiple Rmarkdown contexts (eg flexdasbhoard, website, html, etc) and not just whole website creation, as well as separating modal generation from svg linking.
