There are three sources of Zooplankton from the SEUS MBON research cruises:
Jaime's microscopy
Natalia's microscopy
Anni's eDNA
Digna has done comparison of Jaime's & Natalia's datasets.
Some notable facts for the datasets:
Jaime's has more species+genus level taxa - especially with copepods.
The number of samples analyzed for Jaime & Natalia are similar for mesh sizes 200+500, but Natalia's dataset has very few analyzed for the 64 mesh size.
~12 full samples at different mesh sizes for different times of years were overlapped between the two datasets.

what is the taxa level that two datasets can be effectively compared at?
what generalized recommendation can be we make for future data collection efforts?
can we use network analysis methods to compare occurrence datasets as weighted taxa trees of occurrences?
