add global all-data analysis #27

The all-data calculation is too big for github actions but once the calculation is done a png can be exported. We should create a Rmd vignette article to show off this png. I'll get this started and then maybe someone else can help carry it across the goal line.

Rather than trying to put the png into a vignette I will create a new repo to demo usage of this library
