How to connect emails to locations? We need ID code that uniquely identifies the site.

each sensor has an serial number, so we can map sensor IDs to site locations
the name of the attachment should be the sensor ID like sensorIDhere.csv

Each location maintainer needs to:

register the sensor ID number to a specific site location (how?)
email the data to the electric.blue.data@gmail.com account
