I added this line to Methods_data_sciend.Rmd to include a PDF with WoRMS instructions:
"Taxonomy quality check with WoRMS(protocols/WoRMS_quality_check.pdf)"
I uploaded the PDF to the Protocols directory.
Travis CI is still crashing. As per @7yl4r suggestion, I cleared the cache under settings in Travis CI but that doesn't seem to be working. This is what it is giving me:
The command "Rscript -e 'rmarkdown::render_site()'" exited with 1.
This is showing up in 5911 and 5961 and seem unrelated to what I am doing.
Any advice?
I need to add other files to the page related to the Mexico workshop.
