General consensus seems to be that we want a map with icons on areas for info-fk, info-mb, & others(?) which link through to infographics built w/ infographiq along with some broad mission-statement-like copy.

Current splash page at mbon.marine.usf.edu is getting the job done

but I guess we never did get that map with stars on it that was envisioned.
