Need to think about what technical options are available to get feedback from website users to the "webmaster".

Micah recommends this for the ioos.us site:

webmaster link should go to: webmaster.ioos.us@noaa.gov not noaa.ioos.webmaster@noaa.gov

we can do something different for the marinebon website.

instead of a webmaster, use feedback to create a ticket in the github repo? https://github.com/marinebon/www_marinebon2/issues
