App Spatial: show Map of Datasets

Maybe with an ST_Envelope() function as an optional tab with possibility of subsetting by tags.

• ST_Envelope with ST_Simplify to produce quick footprints of each dataset for display
• Show Location (eg red polygon) on top of the datasets (eg blue polygons), optionally filtered by Tags
• Defaults to Table view, but can then show Map view too
