changing Location in sidebar does not stick and could be sped up by pausing Spatial intersections #121

Also, I found a bug, which we should fix after we get AOP funds (after July). The app won’t let me modify the location after one is initially chosen. I can modify tags and re-filter each of the content types, but once the location is chosen, it seems to be set until you refresh the page.

It's also very slow for the initial Location to save.

Looking at the logs and seeing spatial intersections being run :monocle_face:. Perhaps these should be initiated by a button on the Spatial tab?
