Upgraded packages on server:

DBI: 1.1.1 → 1.1.3
dbplyr: 2.1.1 → 2.3.2
dplyr: 1.0.7 → 1.1.1
pool: 0.1.6 → 1.0.1

after noticing this error message got shuffled since our earlier version:

dropped global assignment of con after sussing Warning: Error in pool$close: The pool was already closed. · Issue #94 · rstudio/pool
added ck_con() to top of callback functions, a la r - dbPool object expiring - Stack Overflow
