update BA site location for Admiralty Inlet, WA #139

From Sharon:

All I finally looked at the BA mapping and found at least 1 that is a tad off. The snopud marker should be down near that dotted line by Admiralty inlet its along the ferry route (dotted line) closer to the “I” in inlet. Pretty minor I know but I said I would check!

Updated with:

  1. Created new marker in Google Maps along dashed ferry route shifted from original Admiralty Inlet - Google Maps.
  2. Updated lat, lon cells for both Admiralty Inlet rows in ba-docs - Google Sheets
  3. Ran update_ba() in scripts/update_all.R: https://github.com/marineenergy/apps/blob/19af11c6ebccde14ff1247f3c5598dd3a1e064e7/scripts/update_all.R#L1-L23
