Went with Digital Ocean setup by Chris Flanary at Integral:
IP: 206.189.173.168 Username: bbest Passwd: cat ~/.mhk-env.us_bbest.password
cat ~/.mhk-env.us_bbest.password
As a quick test, I installed docker and launched a simple web server, which you can see at http://206.189.173.168.
I went ahead and registered mhk-env.us with Google Domains for $12/yr. I pointed that domain to this IP address, which can take up to 24 hrs to take effect.
