@bbest (FYI @geocoug): I've revised the website text for the Projects, Regulatory Diagram, Interactions, and About pages (#18). A couple of notes/questions:

I was unable to revise the language in the mgt.Rmd/render mgt.Rmd for the Management page. The file is currently read only. @bbest - is this another permissions thing or do you possibly have the file open?
I will revise the language on the Shiny pages next week.

Additionally, I revised the Projects page with the most recent changes requested by Sharon for PacWave S, by Grace for Portsmouth Memorial Bridge, and Zach for RITE (#19). I noticed that when you click on the icon for an active project in the map, the date range now lists the end date as the current date, rather than "ongoing" --> I thought we wanted to keep that as "ongoing"? Regardless, the html_popup variable in the sites.csv file needs to be revised in the data handling script is to prevent the current date from formatting as "^3/4/2021".

Perhaps next steps: finish edits on mgt.Rmd and consistent left alignment.
