Instead of g_distorted, use g_undistorted to fit.

Where should this be done, FitPosOrStrains.c or in ProcessGrains.c. The first one might cause the errors to be calculated wrong, the second one would need calculation again each time.

Modified CalcStrains.c to correct this.
