Check if remove duplicates 1 needs greater number of grains for state1 or state2 in MatchGrains

This is actually related to stack overflow. For now, the easiest way is to enable RemoveDuplicates. This will not result in StackOverflow.

The problem has been fixed properly as of Version 5.
