Describe what's going wrong

1)Car, doesn't work rotate mouse. From modifier works. The right stick is responsible for that. 2)Implement a mouse for turrets. The right stick is responsible for this. 631ed9363932aeb8 47a5bf0e1315b320

Describe what should happen

For the machine, the mouse should work. At the moment, twitching up and down with the mouse and the LS>RS modifier works. Both things are controlled by the right stick.
