[ ] Hovercraft cam ~- Camspy Camera ; need a flag.~ current pause flag is shared with camspy so emulate RS with it

[x] Coop support Original bases seem to be for player1, if player2 is connected with mousehook they can control player1 character's angle

This is finished but mousehook seems to have a bug where it switches the bindings from the one set in bindings.ini to the ones in HID.WinKey
