doesn't stream video

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Goto for eg. http://www.tvsudecka.pl/material/video/4858
2. or http://www.tvsudecka.pl/material/video/4898
3. the video doesn't play.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should start to buffer the video stream but it doesn't

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 10.04 32-bit Gecko & gnome mplayer 0.9.9.2 FF and Opera

Please provide any additional information below.

Site has a couple of problems

1. The SRC attribute of the EMBED tag is blank.
2. The media that the site says to open is unplayable by mplayer, it is not 
video or a playlist, but an HTML file
