See http://code.google.com/p/gecko-mediaplayer/issues/detail?id=130

So I downloaded the latest mplayer from source and compiled. When I ran mplayer
from the term it didn't crash this time. But doing "firefox
http://theyoungturks.com" still doesn't work but I get this as an output:

Ok, I tried it with Advanced Substation Alpha (ASS) subtitles on and it seems
to be working now. So it seems like it was a bad mplayer build that was causing
the problem.
