OSD missing #512

Using gnome-mplayer r2039 and mplayer r33339. In gnome-mplayer I set in the
preferences to show minimal information on the screen.

When I open a video, I can use # to change between audio tracks, but there is
no OSD info on the screen. If I press 'J' it doesn't change between the
subtitles tracks (and does not show OSD). However, I can change subtitles from
the menu.

If I go to the preferences again and change the OSD display to something and
back to minimal, then it works as expected. I can change subtitles with 'J' and
there is OSD display when doing it (also when changing audio track).

Tested with mplayer and it is working ok. I didn't have this issue with
gnome-mplayer 1.0.3

Fixed in r2040, the value was not set on the media player from the stored
preference
