Change volume from the keyboard #513

When I scroll in the volume icon the volume changes and the icon too. But when 
I press '0' or '9' or 'M' the icon changes, but not the volume. Also, when I 
press '9' the volume icon goes to minimum and when I press '0' it goes to 
maximum, but not by steps, it goes all the way down or up. I'm using revision 
2068. I tried with mplayer and it works fine.

Should be fixed in svn r2070.
