dvd-device option #569

mplayer supports the dvd-device to set the dvd device for example to /dev/sr0.

This is useful since some distributions such as Arch do not longer support 
symlinking to /dev/dvd. 

However, gnome-mplayer tries to open /dev/dvd by default when trying to play a 
dvd with gnome-mplayer dvdnav://

Can such an option be included?

Option is already in the code

1. In the edit preferences under mplayer it is there
2. In the current svn code there is a --dvd_device command line option as well
