patch for gnome-mplayer 1.0.3 #590

The patch fixes press the buttons that are harded stated in the gnome-mplayer. 
Made as follows:
up - volume is up, with a pause - rewind
down - the volume down when paused - to fast forward
left, right - rewind
Middle Mouse Click, Enter, KP_Enter - Full Screen
Double click - mute

Fixed error when clicking on the 0 and 9.
fixed got focus in the slider position.
removed the display info about sound when file is loaded.

Any particular reason why you didn't do this patch against 1.0.5. Also I don't 
really understand what you are trying to accomplish with this patch.
