Unnecessary wait times and audio lagging in Fire Emblem: POR (DIOS MIOS) #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Go to CFG Loader normally (actually named usb loader) from homebrew channel
2. Select Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (GFEE01)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output: Game to play smoothly.

What I see instead: the graphics speed performs as it should but with slow
pauses in between transitions from map view to battle view (when battles are
initiated between characters) and when screen changes to battle view, music
starts up too late (sometimes at the end of battle). The sound from the map
screen continues playing until the late battle music comes in. Also, audio has
crackled once.

What version of the product are you using?

CFG Loader v70, no mod

If its a problem with GC games, what DIOS MIOS (Lite) version is used?

DIOS MIOS 2.9

If an exception occurs, please attach a picture of it.

Please attach the log file if possible (system->debug->save debug).

Please attach a syscheck if possible.

Please provide any additional information below.

DIOS MIOS folder is on USB HD (Kingston DT 16 GB) and CFG loader V70 is on SD
card (all formatted to FAT32 and 32K clusters). Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn (Wii)
works perfectly, however the issue is with the gamecube game. Gamecube ISO was
converted using DMToolbox to "Optimized" and aligned to "32K" and directed to
"games" folder on USB. I have retried converting ISO to "RAW" and aligned to
"32k" but have yet to test it. Also, in-game, it asked me to proceed without
memory card and couldn't save my progress but a save folder happened to be
prepared in the root of the USB drive like this: USB->saves->GFEE01->stats.bin,
however I've since deleted this save file.
