Console Mode Filterby genre , controllers & online features no longer allow moving to the bottom item in the list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select Console Mode Filterby genre , controllers or online features 
2. move the curser up or down until it should go to the last item on the list
3. the last item is skipped and can not be selected

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to move the highlighted bar to the bottom item in the list

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

It worked prior to adding the gamecube option to the filter lists.

Should the gamecube filter even be on filter by genre , controllers & online 
features or should a new filter type be added for filter by consloe 
(all,wii,gamecube)that is independant of the other filters so they can be used 
at the same time?
