What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to start certain GC (PAL) games in 60Hz mode
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What happend instead?
In 50Hz everything is normal, but when I run it in 60Hz everything has a red
hue.

What version of the product are you using? Which d2x cIOS version?
The new r35 and I also have the newest DIOS MIOS 2 Update2.

Please provide any additional information below.
This does not happen when I use the USB Loader GX, however it does happen in
cfgMod. It seems to be a known issue for GC Games. The GC Booter used to have
that problem as well:
https://github.com/thoughton/GCBooterTLH/blob/master/readme.txt (That's how I
found out that it has to do with the 60Hz)

It happens with Need for Speed: Underground 2, Spiderman 2 and probably some
more that I didn't try yet.

Yup, count Star Wars: Rouge Leader in here, too. Again, setting it to 50Hz
fixed it, but hence it's not necessary to do that in the USB Loader GX I assume
that we're dealing with a bug here.

If this is still happening, it might be related to NTSC video mode instead of
PAL60 and rgb video cables. When Wiis are running in NTSC video mode and are
connected via rgb cables to the tv, the picture is all red. This shouldn't
happen with the cheap cables that came with the Wii or component cables.
