Emphasize suggested use of exemplify_motifs() in documentation #60

There have been a number of requests with people being unsure about whether they specified their motifs correctly. We should emphasize that the best way to know for the user is to call exemplify_motifs() on their dataset and integrate this more widely in the documentation.
