CodonZ issue with codonW conda install #2

Hi, just found a small issue wherein I installed codonW via conda and the command it uses is condaw instead of condaW, which made codonZ give some errors. It was fixed by just changing codonW into codonw at line 53. Thanks.

Seems to be an issue with conda rather than codonZ. This can be closed.
