Change cards list to a text list of articles in the /blog page #26

On mobile devices, having a list of blog posts under the /blog page makes navigating the list more difficult than it should be. A better approach would be to go back to having a UL list of articles to be able to display more items per page and make navigating the list a lot easier, especially in mobile.
