Support for configuring light_enabled and buzzer_enabled via MQTT #15

added support for light_enabled config option to led_set_brightness()
added support for configuration of light_enabled and buzzer_enabled via MQTT A new, configurable sub-topic is introduced. The sensor subscribes tothis topic on startup and accepts JSON formated MQTT payloads to configure light_enabled and/or buzzer_enabled. Example of a JSON config MQTT payload: { light_enabled: true, buzzer_enabled: false }

I also tried to get a web configuration working for these two points when in WPA mode, but failed. If I add a URL handler for /config to the "WPA Connection Routes" in wifi_handle_client(), I still get the regular webpage for / returned and then the new page content (including the HTTP header) appended to it. Not sure why this happens. If anybody knows, please enlighten me :-)
