Set brightness #40

Instead of the possiblity to fully turn on and off the LEDs, its now possible to set the brightness level (0-100) for normal mode. The dark mode is still set to 5%

Warn: I was not able to compile and test it.

Update: compiles and works as expected. Ready to merge :-)
