Hi,

this should fix issue #47

added features in this pull request:

toggle buzzer via mode button (no need to use AP-mode if buzzer turns out to be annoying)
activate / deactivate auto calibration via button
activate / deactivate auto calibration via mqtt
procedure for force recalibration using button and mqtt
documentation

all features were tested extensively
