Here is patch to solve this problem on microemu-midp.
Problem context:
----------------
In microemu-android 3.0.0, pausing the Android app does not stop the midlet
(for obvious reasons) but does call hideNotify to notify midlet that it is
going to be in the foreground anymore.
However, resuming the Android app does NOT call showNotify() while it should
logically. This patch fixes this issue.
Solution provided:
--------------------
- Declared org.microemu.DisplayAccess's showNotify method in microemu-midp
(microemu-midp_showNotify_implementation_part0.patch).
- Implemented DisplayAccessor's showNotify method following same logic as
hideNotify method (microemu-midp_showNotify_implementation_part1.patch).
- Called showNotify method when resuming Android app in microemu-android
(microemu-android_showNofity_on_resume.txt).
Result observed:

Midlet's relying on showNotify method to prepare content to be displayed on
screen are now working on microemu-android. Tested on Samsung Galaxy SII with
Android 2.3.4 only.
