Most likely a specian Chinese skin has to be created based on manual at
http://microemu.org/skin.html

There is already created Russian skin for handling correct input, it can be 
used as a
example to create a new one:

No, I think this is not a skin problem, but the input box control can not 
receive
double-byte Chinese characters.

And Chinese characters is too much, at least several thousand, so we use special
software to input Chinese input Chinese characters.
