Merge with the Jan Helke fork #13

There seems to be a fork at https://gitlab.com/janhelke/cal .

Both repositories seem to have changes that the other repository does not have, e.g., this repository here has some 11LTS-related changes, while the other repository has Composer support in the form of a composer.json. Maybe it makes sense to merge the changes from both repositories again.
