add improve doc btn #466

Added 'improve doc button' for docs page. Button will be not visible on small screens. I see there some reason because if you on phone or tablet you will not make pr on gh through this device. Also this btn will not bother you when you reading doc on small screens.

Resolves #465

P.S. Sorry that I created branch in scope of this repo instead of forking. I was sure that I'm working in forked repo 😞
