Chrome extension #3

It'd be great if this could be turned into a chrome extension that converts all mailto links, rather than relying on websites to implement this.

This will be a good thing to look into once most of the kinks are worked out, and mailtoui is ready for prime time. I'll keep this in mind. Thanks!
