• id: int, notnull, auto-increment, primary key
• bin_id: text
• points: int, notnull
• completed: int (bool), notnull
• assigned_user_id: int
• timestamp: text
• message: text, notnull

Routes (Implement database access and I will add functionality (eg. awarding points to the user when completing bounty)):

• Add new bounty
• Mark bounty completed
• Assign user to bounty
• Get un-completed bounties in range of point
