Describe the bug Rock Salt, Grass and Vanilla Flowers aren't spawning in the world when playing on a server.

To Reproduce

Download the installer from the official Forge website
Install the server file
Add XL Food Mod into the server's mods folder
Run the server

Expected behavior Rock Salt, Grass and Vanilla Flowers should spawn in the multiplayer world the same way as in singleplayer.

Environment

Minecraft Version: 1.14.3
XL Food Mod Version: 2.0.0
Forge Version: 27.0.50

Fixed in v2.0.1.
