[BUG] no cancel option while connecting #16

Issue Summary

While i can close the app from the overview, and when i am already connected to the remote server, it does not seem to be possible to cancel a connection attempt.

the only thing left is to shutdown the tv and try again. there is no (force) close-app.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

maybe hard to reproduce, but when the server goes away during the connection attempt (or after the overview has loaded)

Expected Behavior

maybe clicking the back button on the remote or holding the option key on the keypad + a confirmation dialog would be great.

I ran into something similar when the connection timed out and I was unable to force close the app or go back or do anything, I probably could have just restarted the TV but instead I just uninstalled and reinstalled IHSPlay to fix it.

Similarly cannot exit out of the Enter pin on PC menu.
