add support for source username? #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to enter a source username
2. There is no field for source username :(
3.

I am using the source username other than 'source' for a specially built 
authentication mechanism. Unfortunately the only client on windows I can find 
that supports changing this field is ShoutVST, and not all my users
can use ShoutVST. It would be great if edcast supported this feature. :)

yeah it will be great if

edcast_standalone_3.37.2011.1214.exe

supported the username field.......

im using

icecast_2.3.2_kh_31

........ and when

edcast_standalone_3.37.2011.1214.exe

tryes to connect to

icecast_2.3.2_kh_31

it simply CANT connect....... because in

icecast_2.3.2_kh_31

config it says that

<!-- //
Sources log in with username 'source'
// -->

so i need to spesify a 

username 'source'

inside in config

edcast_standalone_3.37.2011.1214.exe

This is definitely a requirement for those using e.g. Airtime where each DJ has 
their own source login details.
