BASS not being detected #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Edcast (installed with BASS library)
2. Add an encoder 
3. In the encoder type dropdown, try to select BASS... oh wait, it's not there

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see BASS in the dropdown, but instead I only see ogg flac and ogg 
vorbis.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Which
type (DSP, Fraunhofer DSP, Standalone or ASIO)?
I'm using edcast 3.37.2011 on Windows 7 Home Premium. The type, idk.
