This may be an issue either associated with a processor script or content not
accessible cause it was taken offline or the server does not have enough
bandwidth to serve you the content.
If you try to stream ANYTHING on YouTube, does it work for you?
If so, it's probably an issue with the content you are streaming. If not, then
it's an issue with your internet setup somehow typically. Let me know if you
can play videos in YouTube just fine... look for a music video or something and
report your results here please. Thanks.

I was able to watch 2 entire movies from the hbogo app without any errors or
lag, if i try to watch the same movies from hbo using navix, the boxee freezes
up and i have to reboot. I tried content from crackle, ice films (in navix), if
i forwarded or paused playback i could not recover and the
crashed.

Please only use the troubleshooting steps I suggest or will will be unable to
resolve or diagnose your issues in Navi-X.
HBOGO has a comprehensive server farm with tons of allotted bandwidth...
The person re-streaming movies from Navi-X is probably using a file locker
service with little to no bandwidth for streaming that content.
More than likely the server in question is overloaded, as HBO is popular among
free streamers. Please either use another source or your HBO GO app for HBO
services, as the quality and bandwidth issues won't exist on the HBO app as
opposed to something everyone has access to free. Thanks.

Bandwidth wouldn't cause my entire box to freeze and become unresponsive with
the only fix being a manual hard boot. The real problem seems to be they i
continue to try to use your service, which i will now so doing.
Thanks for all of your 'help'
