Feature clockformat #2

I tried to implement my feature request issue https://github.com/mariovisic/garmin_edge_active_data_field/issues/1#issue-926734811 Please note however that I've not written any Monkey C before and do not have a Garmin IQ build environment. So it may be best to think of this as pseudo code!

In the past I attempted to set up a build environment but I work on Linux and it seems that Linux support for the SDK is very outdated.

I was able to install version 3.2.3 of the SDK. So, I can at least confirm that it compiles now. I couldn't test it in the simulator because the connectiq exectuable on Linux has some ancient runtime dependencies that I can't (and don't really want to) install.

Closing this.I found how to use the system setting for 12/24 hour format. Now working on a branch to use that.
