Duplicate toolbar items are displayed #51

JOSM error when loading josm.joz.zip file.

And, JOSM Tool bar item is duplicated. EasyPresets_v2_0

This is the duplicate of #52

I realize this is older here, but the original bug referenced is older in #52, and that issue is more descriptive about the actual problem.
